We went to our first Hay Days event last weekend. For those of you who aren't familiar with Hay Days, it's an annual gathering near Lino Lakes, MN, where people check out the latest & greatest in snowmobiles and snowmobile accessories. It's several acres in size and contains a very large swap meet area where you can find just about anything you may or may not need. We picked up a couple modular snowmobile helmets, watched a few of the grass drags (snowmobiles racing on grass) and saw a few crazies doing back-flips on sleds, ATVs, and dirt bikes. All in all, it was pretty fun and I'm pretty sure it wasn't our last Hay Days. Below are a couple pics of vintage sleds we saw that were for sale in the swap meet area (Click on images to enlarge):

Known best for their outboard motors, Evinrude dabbled in the burgeoning snowmobile market in the 70s.

Not to be outdone, Harley Davidson tried getting a piece of the pie during their infamous AMF years as well.

I don't know much about Moto-Ski other than that they were fairly popular between the mid-60s and early-70s. This Mini-Sno appears to be the '71 model. You can read more about Moto-Ski here.
